In case of any permit, waybill requirement, the customer shall provide the same to Power Email for smooth order execution. Power Email shall not be liable for delayed deliveries or no deliveries in absence of proper Government requisite documents during deliveries.
Order’s logged on www.poweremail.in are liable to be delivered in 7 – 14 working days, subject on the availability of stocks and delivery constraints.
The prices shown on website’s Product Details & Product List pages does not contains VAT or Octroi (whichever is applicable), as that is dependent on the delivery state. The same is reflected on the checkout page.
Order’s logged on www.poweremail.in are not liable to be cancelled / changed on discretion of the customer, the payment can only be refunded partially if stocks are not available or the delivery cannot be attempted due to any circumstances. While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Power Email reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
Customer needs to provide relevant documents (such as credit card copy, verification proofs) to attempt delivery of his ordered products. No Payment will be refunded or goods will be delivered till verification of the order is completed.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
